Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with silicone liner or parchment paper.
Combine the milk and vinegar and set it aside.
Mix together the dry ingredients until well combined.
Melt the butter in the microwave in 30 second increments. Once melted, add to the dry ingredients.
Pour the milk/vinegar mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix just until there are no dry streaks.
Use a ¼C measuring cup to scoop out the dough onto the baking sheet. Space about 1 inch apart. Bake for 12 minutes.
