Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with silicone liner or parchment paper.
- Combine the milk and vinegar and set it aside.
- Mix together the dry ingredients until well combined.
- Melt the butter in the microwave in 30 second increments. Once melted, add to the dry ingredients.
- Pour the milk/vinegar mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix just until there are no dry streaks.
- Use a ¼C measuring cup to scoop out the dough onto the baking sheet. Space about 1 inch apart. Bake for 12 minutes.
